This site is designed to facilitate our holiday gifting program, which includes:
- Allowing participants to select a charitable cause for donation on their behalf.
- Providing participants with the opportunity to choose a gourmet gift box as part of our gifting experience.
2. Eligibility
• The gifting program is exclusively for invited participants (recipients of our corporate gifts).
• You must provide accurate information during the form submission process to ensure the successful delivery of your selected items.
3. Donations
• All donations will be made by us (the program organizer) to OXFAM Unwrapped based on the charitable cause selected by participants.
• Donations are made in the participant's name, but the monetary transaction is managed and executed solely by us.
• Donation receipts will not be issued to participants, as we are making the donation directly.
4. Gift Box Selection
• Participants are entitled to select one gourmet gift box as part of this program.
• Gift box options are subject to availability. In the event a selected item is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with an equivalent product.
5. Shipping and Delivery
• Gift boxes will be shipped to the address provided during the form submission.
• We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by inaccurate shipping details or third-party carriers.
• Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier schedules.
6. Privacy and Data Use
• Information provided on the site (name, email, phone, and shipping address) will only be used for the purpose of administering this gifting program.
• We do not share personal information with third parties except as necessary for donation processing and gift delivery.

7. Program Limitations
